Sony Music and Mark Ronson have recently collaborated artistically . To do so, they have taken advantage of Facebook enabling the augmented reality platform Spark AR for all creative Instagram users . In this way, the record company and the artist have taken advantage of this situation to cooperate with this social network, thus creating the first music video designed specifically for Instagram Stories .
The music video, titled “ Pieces of Us ,” also features a musical contribution by singer King Princess . It is now available in Mark Ronson’s stories section of his profile, after having been released publicly last Wednesday .

these stories will appear in two consecutive 24-hour cycles . In this way, each of them will implement a different form of interaction for fans. Therefore, followers will be able to answer surveys , send questions and even interact with these augmented reality effects .
Sony Music has clarified that the video will evolve over the 48-hour period , incorporating fan-generated content . The full video will eventually be available on Ronson's Instagram profile via IGTV .
It's worth remembering that Facebook introduced this technology, then known as the Camera Effects Platform , at its F8 developer conference in April 2017. The platform was later rebranded as Spark AR last October, when the beta version for Instagram was almost ready. The decision to take this tool out of its private beta version for Instagram was first revealed at that same F8 conference this April.
