Let's talk about the collaboration between Doxee and AXA, a French insurance giant, at the forefront of digitalization of the Customer Experience.

A collaboration that, at its core, had the aim of reducing the cancellation rate by the insurance company's customers, when it comes to renewing their policy. AXA has chosen to use personalized and interactive Doxee Pvideo® videos , distributed via email to its customers, 40 days before the RCA policy expires.
