Add Contacts to Your Label:
From Existing Contacts: Go to your main "Contacts" list. Hover over a contact's name, and a checkbox will appear. Select all the contacts you want to add to your new label. Once selected, click the "Manage labels" icon (looks like a tag) at the top of the list. From the dropdown menu, select the label you just created, and then click "Apply."
Create New Contacts Directly into a Label: When creating a new europe cell phone number list contact (by clicking "Create contact" on the left sidebar), you'll see an option to add them to a label directly during the creation process.
Import Contacts: Google Contacts allows you to import contacts from CSV or vCard files. This is useful if you have a list of emails from another source (e.g., a spreadsheet from an event). You can then apply a label to these imported contacts.
Open Gmail and click "Compose."
In the "To," "CC," or "BCC" field, start typing the name of your label. As you type, Gmail will suggest the label name. Select it.
All the email addresses associated with that label will automatically populate the field.
Important Note: For privacy, especially when sending to a "list" where recipients don't know each other, always use the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field. This hides the email addresses of other recipients, preventing privacy issues and reducing the chance of "reply-all" storms.
While this allows for basic group emailing, remember its limitations. This is suitable for casual communication to known contacts, not for scalable marketing campaigns to acquired leads.
