Customers buy products to solve problems or meet needs. Your pitch should go directly to the customer’s pain points and show how the product can effectively solve these problems. For example, if the customer’s pain point is “inefficiency,” your pitch should emphasize how the product can improve efficiency.

Understand your customers’ purchasing motivations
In addition to pain points, we also need to understand shop the customer's deep motivation for buying . Are they trying to save money? To improve efficiency? To improve the quality of life? To gain social recognition? The sales pitch should be designed to target these motivations and resonate with customers.

Competitor Analysis
Understanding your competitors’ language and strategies can help you discover your strengths and weaknesses and learn from them.

Analyze competitor sales strategies
Study how your competitors market their products or services. What are their key points? How do they handle customer objections? Understanding this can help you find your differentiation .
