We can summarize everything in 3 tasks:
1- Meetings with franchisees
The franchisees, in addition to being other entrepreneurs and not your employees, are spread throughout Italy. So, even if in this period we have all become more technological with the use of Skype and Zoom, you will have to travel a lot to be physically present in their stores.
2- Support
A good network manager does not help his franchisee with theory, but with practice; that is, by showing him live, in his point of sale, how to achieve the objectives by applying the procedures.
This is the most complicated and demanding phase. You will zalo data spend the same amount of time and energy that you would spend opening a new direct sales outlet. In the first part of the start-up, you will have to be on site to ensure that everything is perfect. And it is precisely this being present and having an intense relationship with the franchisees that will require a lot of time, attention, energy and concentration.
As you can see, running your own store or being a franchisor are two completely different roles. Not fully understanding this concept means preventing your network from succeeding.
