Once interest is established, the next step is lead capture—collecting contact information and relevant data from prospects for future communication. This is typically achieved through forms, landing pages, lead magnets, or gated content. The quality of the lead capture process significantly influences the effectiveness of subsequent nurturing efforts, as it determines the accuracy and richness of the data collected.
