Find out what makes your product or service unique from your competitors . This could be a better price, better service, more advanced technology, or exclusive features. The unique selling point is the key to attracting customers and should be emphasized repeatedly in your sales pitch.

Prepare FAQs
Anticipate all the questions that customers may ask and shop prepare clear and concise answers. This includes questions about price, features, after-sales service, installation, returns and exchanges, etc. Advance preparation will make sales staff more confident and professional when facing customer questions.

Accurately analyze target customers
Understanding who your target customers are, their needs, pain points and purchasing motivations are the cornerstones of designing effective sales pitches.

Building customer portraits
Create detailed customer profiles , including demographic information (age, gender, occupation, income), psychological characteristics (values, interests, lifestyle), purchasing behavior (buying habits, decision-making process), and their pain points and needs . For example, for B2B sales, you need to understand the target company’s industry, size, current challenges, and decision-making chain.
